Rules of the Silent Auction & Raffle

All sales are final, no refunds will be given. Auction and raffle items and services may not be exchanged or returned to the donor. All items and services must be used in accordance with the specified restrictions.
No warranties or representations are made with respect to any items. All items are sold "as is." Atlanta Charity Clays is not responsible for the correct description or authenticity of any item.
Unless specified, all auction & raffle items and services must be used by March 31, 2011.
Values set for the items being auctioned are the donor's estimates and are not warranted by the Auction Committee for tax purposes as a general value. Only the portion of your payment above the fair market value is tax deductible.
Please note the value and opening bid for each item. Each increase bid must equal or exceed the minimum raise stated on the bid sheet.
Only an Auction Committee Official may nullify a bid. In a dispute, an Auction Committee Official shall act as the final authority and determine the winning bidder.
The Auction Committee may (but is not required to) sell the item(s) to another bidder if the item is not paid for within one hour after the close of bidding.
Your bid is a contract to purchase, if you are the highest bidder. Items are awarded and deliverable to the highest bidder upon payment in full at the close of the bidding.

All auction items closing Thursday evening must be paid for and removed from Summerour Studio the evening March 18, 2010. All raffle items that are won Thursday evening must be removed from Summerour Studio the evening of March 18, 2010.

All raffle items closing Saturday, March 20, 2010, must be removed from Burge by 4:00 p.m.

Atlanta Charity Clays (ACC) is not responsible for direct or consequential damage or injury to the person or property of whatever kind of nature arising from or related to the auction or the performance of any auction item or raffle prize. All disputes are between the donor and the winner of the auction item or raffle prize. The winner shall indemnify and hold ACC harmless from any dispute, injury, or damage (including attorney fees and costs) arising from or related to the auction, raffle or an auction or raffle item. In the event of dispute, the auction winner's sole remedy shall be the return of the amount paid at the auction for the item or the winning raffle ticket, which amount all parties agree shall be liquidated damages, it being acknowledged by all parties that any such damages are incapable of exact ascertainment.

“Buy It Now” items which are noted on website are available for purchase at 110% of value through the evening of March 18, 2010. If you are interested in pre-purchasing a noted item, please contact Colleen Price at 404-352-0744.
